- Improve the satisfaction of the teaching profession by 20% from a baseline measurement taken in Year 1 of the Federation

- In year 1, to develop and carry out a survey a cross-section of the teaching staff, eliciting information and views on their relative satisfaction with: the teaching environment, the standards achieved, the behaviour and attitudes of pupils CPD etc.
- In years 2 and 3, to take annual surveys covering the same areas and measure the degree of change
- To ensure that information received is acted on in a timely manner
- To produce a report at the end of years 2 and 3 to show change and action plans for the following year

- Improve the pupils’ perception and relative happiness with life at school by 20%, from a baseline measurement taken in Year 1 of the Federation.
Note: Data and information from the Network Learning Communities will be used where possible to avoid duplication.
