- Improve the amount of pupil concentration time during lessons by actively managing differentiated activities to accommodate different concentration spans in pupils

- Develop and deliver joint teaching staff sessions in the best practice of ensuring maximum active attention of pupils according to need, thereby increasing the opportunity to teach
- In year 1, take a baseline measurement during the first term of 3 children from each school based on ‘on task/off task’ time. This information will be used to set targets for the Federation for the remainder of Year 1 and also Years 2 and 3
